2. Products & Orders

All products are handcrafted from natural materials. Due to the nature of leather, slight variations in color, texture, and grain pattern are normal and make each piece unique. Product photos are representative but your item may differ slightly.

By placing an order, you agree that the customization choices you provide (leather color, thread color, personalization text) are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided customization details.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Custom (made-to-order) items require 7–12 business days for production before shipping. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Custom orders: Because each piece is made specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Ready-to-ship items: May be returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Ramey&Hem and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ramey&Hem provides this website and its products “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
